Magical experience with Miracle Experience!

Our recent trip to Tanzania on a Safari included a hot air ballon ride with Miracle experience and it turned out to be truly once in a life time experience.

We were picked up at our camp very early in the morning and our drive to the hot air ballon station turned out to be a game drive in itself. We saw a lioness lying in wait for its prey and we saw other animals as well.

When we arrived at the starting point, which itself was in the middle of nowhere, we were offered tea and cookies and we met with the pilot for out trip Captain Jones for a security briefing.

It turned out that on that day, were were the only passengers and hence got a real VIP treatment from start to finish. It was the first time for both my wife and I and we were a bit apprehensive. But Captain Jones’ professional attitude reassured us and soon we were up in the air over the Serengeti plains. The weather that morning was great and so not only did we get to see a beautiful sunrise, we were able to fly along at treetop height. We saw several herds of zebras, gazelles, elephants and even hyenas from the balloon. Since we were the only two passengers, we had Captain Jones all to ourselves. He pointed out the animals as we soared and also took several pictures. of us. He also answered all of our questions throughout the ride.

After more than an hour and twenty minutes, we landed very smoothly and again the whole team was there waiting for us. We celebrated our ride with a glass of Champagne and then drove to the Miracle Experience location where a full breakfast awaited us. They team also greeted us in Masai style with a song.

After a great breakfast, the Chef and team surprised us by bringing a cake for my birthday! The whole team sang Happy Birthday in English and Swahili!

All in all, it was a wonderful experience to celebrate my birthday on the Serengeti plains with Captain Jones and his great team from Miracle Experience.

We would whole heartedly recommend that any one going on a Safari to Serengeti should not miss going on a hot air balloon ride with Miracle Experience. It made our Safari experience complete.
