Miracle Experience is glad to welcome you back for another thrilling adventure. Our pilots and ground crew are glad to once again offer their services and share with you the breathtaking experience of a hot air balloon flight over the Serengeti.

In light of recent global travel restrictions and economic situations, we understand worldwide travel limitations may prevent you from enjoying this magical experience immediately. However, we urge our clients to rethink their decisions to cancel their bookings and instead postpone them to an ulterior date.

Safety Procedures

The Covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event that has shaken our foundations in the past few months. We have all felt its impact on our lives in different ways, and so has the tourism industry. Postponing your trip ensures you will not miss out on the adventure of a lifetime while at the same time helping the tourism industry grow back to its former height and saving millions of jobs.

For those who can still join us, rest assured that this ailing situation has called for actions to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew. To guarantee their well-being and yours, the Miracle Experience team has taken multiple measures to comply with all safety and health standards requested by the Tanzanian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization.

Safety Precaution measures taken

In order to provide you with the best journey in the safest conditions, we would like to take the time to inform our guests of the different safety measures implemented and required at the different stages of the trip.

1. All staff members and guests will be provided with face masks.
   
2. Hand washing stations will be made accessible at all times.
   
3. You are encouraged to maintain a reasonable distance where possible.
   
4. Your temperature will be taken at the pick-up point.
   
5. All vehicles and baskets will be thoroughly sanitized before and after the trips.
   
6. While guests are not expected to wear a mask during the coffee and champagne for practical reasons, you are encouraged to keep a reasonable distance.
   
7. During breakfast, guests from different groups will be seated at separate tables.
