This is the quickest mode of payment available due to the fact that you can make a payment to us without having to go through any banking procedures. Once you have made the payment, we receive confirmation instantaneously. By paying with credit cards, you assist us in confirming your reservation in a timely manner. However, it is important to note that there will be a charge of 3.5% (charged by all banks in Tanzania). There aren’t any additional hidden costs associated with this method.

How do I know my credit card payment has gone through?

Once you have entered all the necessary details and clicked on ‘submit’, you will receive an online receipt illustrating automatic approval on our website. Please save this receipt and forward it to us so we can confirm your reservation promptly.

What happens if my credit card transaction fails?

This may occur as banks usually restrict credit card utilization in countries (sometimes in Tanzania as well) they deem are prone to fraudulent activities. If your transaction fails, please contact your bank to authorize the payment and let them know the necessary details. After this is done, please try again and you should have no further problems.

How long does it take for the wire transfer to arrive to us?

Wire transfers usually take a minimum of 7 working days to arrive into our account.

Balloon flights are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total cost of the selected package. Balance payable is due 30 days before the date of your balloon flight. Full payment is required if flight is booked less than 30 days prior to the date.
