Floating over the Serengeti

Great experience, start to finish. It was fun watching balloons being inflated and being obstructed on how to enter the basket and prepare for ‘lift-off. Floating above the animals and tree tops was breathtaking.
The champaign on landing and the following breakfast was great. I had recently celebrated a birthday, so there was singing while bringing in a cake!
My only recommendation is to provide assistance for folks (like me) needing help getting out of the basket!
